videosait.nl provides custom-made, personalized videos based on your notes, preferences, or instructions.
All videos are digitally delivered — no physical items are shipped.

  • Not to use our website or videos for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

  • Not to reproduce, distribute, or resell our videos without written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or misuses our content.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to pay the full price shown at checkout.
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include any applicable taxes.
Payment must be made in full before we begin working on your video.

Once your order is confirmed and work has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).

4. Delivery

All videos are delivered digitally via email or a private download link.
Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on complexity and workload.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues outside our control.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our videos are personalized digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once work has begun or the final product has been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by videosait.nl — including video editing, visuals, scripts, and creative concepts — remains the intellectual property of videosait.nl.
You receive a non-exclusive license to use your personalized video for personal or business use, as specified in your order.
You may not resell, distribute, or claim ownership of the content without permission.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used only to process your order and deliver your video.

8. Limitation of Liability

videosait.nl is not responsible for:

  • Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our videos.

  • Technical issues, data loss, or errors beyond our control.

Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for your order.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of our website after any changes means you accept the new Terms.
